I hired Allen to install a forced hot air system in a 1200 square foot duplex unit in Redwood City. He proposed a 95% efficiency unit to be installed in the attic. I was replacing an old system consisting of two floor furnaces. He and his staff were courteous, clean, and delivered exactly as promised and did, in fact, go beyond the requirements. They perfomed additional work retrofitting my kitchen exhaust system and installing a new sink at very reasonable rates. I climbed up into the attic and inspected the installation and was extremely impressed.. Allen starts Monday installing a similar system in the rear duplex unit.
